We are constantly reviewing our ability to reinstate our services, so please keep checking the website for updates. 

Due to the current rise in the number of coronavirus cases in and around London, it has been necessary to restrict some of our services to ensure we can see those with urgent clinical needs.

If you have been directed to our website from our telephone booking service, please see the updates below:

Routine contraception: If we have no appointments available you may be able to access contraception online or through your GP service. Some pharmacies can provide progesterone-only pills: http://www.falcon.shl.uk/ 

I need a coil fitted/removed/replaced:

We hope to reinstate these appointments in the next few weeks, please check back regularly for updates. If you think your coil needs replacing, please use condoms or call us for alternative contraception if you do not want to become pregnant

I need my coil removed – please call our booking line on 0333 300 2100

I need my implant fitted/removed/replaced  – We are pleased we can now offer appointments for implant fitting and removal please call our booking line on 0333 300 2100

I am due to have a second or subsequent vaccination - We hope to reinstate these appointments in the next few weeks, please check back regularly for updates

I am due to have a second or subsequent vaccination- We have suspended the booking of routine vaccinations until early February. We will update the website when we are able to recommence booking appts.

I have a change in vaginal discharge and do not have any pain or bleeding: you can access the same sexual health screening tests via SHL. You will receive your results just as quickly as from a clinic visit

I have warts - Warts are benign warts that can resolve without treatment. We are now offering appointments for treatment so please call our booking line on 0333 300 2100

I want a sexual health screen but have no symptoms – We are unable to offer this service, please access SHL for postal kits or onsite collection kits:
