PrEP (Pre Exposure Prophylaxis for HIV)
If you are already accessing PrEP online, then specialist monitoring (kidney function tests, HIV tests and STI check-ups) is available at the Falcon Road centre.
We have been recruiting patients as part of the NHS PrEP impact trial since 19 March 2018.
We are continuing to supply PrEP for those who are alreday on the trial and attend our clinic.
New recruitment to the PrEP IMPACT trial is currently on hold as we do not have the capacity to do this right now.

PEP (Post Exposure Prophylaxis for HIV)
If you are worried about possible sexual exposure to HIV, PEP is available at the Falcon Road centre. PEP should be started as soon as possible and no more than 72 hours after the sexual exposure.
You can always access PEP from your local accident and emergency department outside clinic opening times. Remember the quicker you start PEP after an exposure, the more effective it is.
